Oil and Gas
Coil Group subsidiary, NorthSouth Petroleum Limited is the concessionaire of Oil Processing License (OPL) 326, a deep water oil (oilblock) offshore Nigeria. Preliminary studies shows that it has a about 2 billion barrel reserve. This estimate does not include Liquified Natural Gas (LNG).
Engineering
Through its subsidiary Westfield Engineering Services Ltd, Coil Group embarks on civil and mechanical engineering projects; particularly in the oil and gas, transport infrastructure, real estate and hospitality sectors
ICT/Telecoms
Coil Group is the principal shareholder of Mara Nigeria Limired. A subsidiary of Mara Group that operates in the Technology, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Real Estate and Agriculture Industries. Mara Corporation is a multi sector bussiness serveses company . Based in Dubai, they are the first to manufacture Smart Phones in Africa (Mara Phones). Sales location in 68 Countries. EXECUTIVE CHAIRMANDr Chris Chinedu Okoli founded North South Petroleum Nigeria Limited (NSP) in 1999 as the pioneer Managing Director and subsequently became the Executive Chairman in 2001, till date. NSP is the concessionaire of OPL 326, in Nigeria.His Experience spanning over 25 years includes providing Support Services in Oil and Gas Sector.
Following his global vision, he is currently expanding his business footprint to the United Arab Emirates(UAE), where he has set up COIL Project Management Services and COIL Ltd(an offshore subsidiary in Dubai). He is a Peace and Conflict Resolution graduate , a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria, Doctor of Business Administration (Honoris Causa).
